Twice-a-month release of salary is REAL (List of SDOs with released 50% salary)

 With the approval of the twice-a-month release of salary in the Department of Education, the personnel themselves have expressed mixed opinions regarding this matter.

Some say that this would help them manage their finances as the salary would be given every 15th and 30th of the month. Some, however, say that this would only make things worse as they have bills to pay at the end of every month not to mention that they have been urging the government for a reasonable increase in salary not split it into two.

As of writing this article, it has been confirmed by personnel in various places in the coutry that they have received the 50% of their salaries. Few of which are listed as follow:
